Tuesday 9th February 2027Β Β
We’re delighted to announce our in-person event: Reimagining RSE in Practice, taking place on Tuesday 9 February 2027.
This one-day event will showcase a new approach to relationships, sex and health education, grounded in the principles of safe uncertainty. Bringing together educators, school leaders, researchers, practitioners and policymakers, the day will explore how we can respond to complexity and tackle challenging topics in RSE with curiosity, dialogue and care.
This is more than a conference β it’s an opportunity to experience a different approach to relationships, sex and health education, where we teach young people how to think, rather than what to think.
Rather than simply hearing about safe uncertainty, participants will explore it in action. Through keynote presentations, interactive workshops, discussion and collaborative activities, attendees will experience the kinds of learning environments we seek to create for young people, while developing practical strategies, facilitation techniques and adaptable approaches that can be applied within their own settings. The focus throughout is on supporting educators to respond confidently to complexity and able to tackle the most challenging topics β not by providing all the answers, but by creating the conditions for thoughtful, critical and meaningful learning.
Whether you work in education, safeguarding, public health, youth services, local government or research, this event offers an opportunity to become part of a growing community committed to evidence-informed, values-led practice.
Bookings will open soon. For now, we’d encourage you to save the date in your diary. We’ll be sharing further details about the programme, speakers, venue and registration over the coming weeks.
